A new wintery mix system pushed into the are a couple of weeks ago. Never did I ever think that we would get 3 inches of bitter snow in April. I sat out my porch, gloomily looking out sliding glass doors into the white abyss. Large flakes of snow danced in the wind and landed on everything in sight. The flowers had just bloomed, and the Sun was shining brightly, how could it turn so bad. I remember now that every spring has a cold spell, much like the lives we go through regrowth, then slip back into normalcy.  Then, just how quickly those times pass through, we reblossom into freshness. New life surrounds us everywhere and brings new opportunities.

  1. The writing and images go together well, the way you captured each subject and the way you worded each of your thoughts really shows how much thought and effort when into them. You thought hard on what images you would post and what order. You also knew you needed/wanted words to go with them to tie the whole idea together. I enjoy the collection of images and enjoy the peaceful quiet scene provided in these images

  2. I love the combination of your writing and the photos. It really puts a heavy symbolism behind each object that you're showcasing, especially the eggs and the young girl. I agree with the previous comment, there is really nice serenity and peace in these pictures.
