  1. The last image, mean mug, doesn't seem to fit with the rest assuming they were all meant to run together as a series. I may be because they are all shot in the same location except mean mug, but it reads different. In saying that it is my favorite of these. The first nine seem to have a deep meaning, like you are telling/ showing us something. You are take these images for us to see, while mean mug looks more like we had taken the image. Instead of you setting up the image and timing it or asking someone to take it for you the viewer had just photographed you when you were vulnerable and unaware to the last second. This might have been what you were going for, but the all the images together seem like a theatrical scene of you getting ready and a sudden shock . Like a sudden alertness, now that I think about it, its like being in a daze when you shower/bath and than being suddenly awoken, by the end of the shower. These probably makes no sense, sorry.

    1. I agree with Chris, the last photo doesnt seem to fit with the rest. That being said I really love the bathtub photos, especially bathtime drip. The flash on the water on your skin gives really interesting lighting, and I like the very bold colors and look to the photo. Often, I feel like color photos just have colors, but the color in that picutre seems to be very deliberate and purposeful which I enjoy! I agree with Chris again when she says that the photos look very alert. I think that pink eye might also fall under the photo like mean mug. I am excited to see what else you make during this time because these photos are beautiful!

  2. I really love the colors and tones of these photos, while the flash makes them somewhat harsh they also manage to have this soft quality to them. I really like the pink combined with the hints of light blue throughout. I also really like the composition and different lines that almost divide the frame in "Mindlessness." As a series, "Morning Inquisition" and "Interdental" are a little too similar subject wise for me, so if this was an ongoing project maybe take one out. But I really like this set as a whole!
