Christiana, Nice photo of the reflection of the sky on the car. I like the depth of light that’s casting on the trees and the clouds. My other favorite is of the starfish. I assume this was at an aquarium of some sort or maybe a fish tank? I can always appreciate sea photography. I think it’s underrated.
I really like how you took simple everyday objects and made them interesting. I especially like the first image and how you were able to get such a good reflection of the sky showing the clouds. I also really like the image of what looks to be a chandelier (idk if i spelled that right), I like the way the rays of light shoot out to make it almost look like the sun. I love the starfish image because of how you were able to catch the starfish in motion and I love all things aquatic. These images are really well edited and I like how you were not afraid to get close to what you were capturing.
The photo of the jeans is interesting, and very textural. I really enjoy how the holes in the denim lay, and the blue contrasts nicely with skin color. I also really like the contrast and lighting in the photo of the shoe in the grass. I really enjoy how bright and cheerful most of these photos are, especially since they are everyday objects. The one photo that feels out of place is the one of the light fixture on the ceiling. Color is relatively absent from the photo and it differs from the other macro shots. Overall I really enjoy these and look forward to seeing more work from you!
